Role Description The Assistant Article will support the firm’s chartered accountants in day-to-day assignments and client engagements. Responsibilities include assisting with accounting entries, tax return preparation, GST and Income Tax compliance, and documentation for refunds and departmental demands. The role involves helping with audits, working on financial statements in line with applicable standards,



and supporting work related to NGOs and non-profit organizations’ registrations and filings. The Assistant Article will also conduct basic research on tax and regulatory matters, prepare working papers, and maintain organized records and files. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with senior team members and adherence to professional standards.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting, with interest in Income Tax, GST, and compliance work.
• Ability to assist in audits, tax return preparation, and documentation for refunds and departmental demands.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn international taxation concepts, including IFRS (IndAS).
• Capability to support registration and compliance work for NGOs and non-profit organizations.
