Role Description The Sales Support Representative – Yarn is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes and sales documentation, and coordinating order processing for yarn products. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer calls and emails, addressing basic product questions, tracking deliveries, and helping resolve service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve sales processes and contribute to meeting sales targets.
