We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop lead generation strategies focused on attracting high-intent property buyers.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Implement remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.

Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and project sales targets.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for current project launches, ongoing developments, and promotional activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis.
• Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.

3. Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization
• Oversee website performance, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
• Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to increase enquiries and site visit bookings.
• Coordinate with developers and designers for website improvements and campaign landing pages.

4. CRM & Marketing Analytics
• Monitor lead quality, lead-to-site-visit conversions, and booking conversions.
