Role Description This is a full time, on-site Land Acquisition role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential land parcels for residential and infrastructure projects, including conducting preliminary feasibility studies.



Responsibilities include coordinating and managing due diligence activities related to title verification, legal clearances, and regulatory compliance. The position requires negotiating with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable acquisition terms and documenting agreements accurately. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project development to align acquisitions with business objectives and timelines, and preparing regular reports on market trends, site assessments, and acquisition status.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong experience in Land Acquisition and Acquisitions, including identifying opportunities and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Due Diligence and Land Development, with the ability to assess feasibility, legal status, and regulatory requirements.
