Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Solan. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee life-cycle processes. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards,



and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, addressing grievances, supporting workforce planning, and collaborating with leadership on organizational development initiatives. The role also includes designing training and development programs, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

CTC:35000 per month

Qualifications

• Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and handling disciplinary procedures.
