Role Overview:
We are hiring a Strategic HR Advisor to provide administrative support to leaders and teams. The role handles scheduling, inbox management, research, and the small operational tasks that keep busy people moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day
2. Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention
3. Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed
4. Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end
5. Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role
2. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
3. Excellent written English and explicit,



professional communication
4. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
5. Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms
6. Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection
