Role Description This is a full-time, in office Import Export Coordinator role based in Nagpur. The Import Export Coordinator will manage and prepare export and import documentation,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The role involves coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. The coordinator will maintain records of shipments, update internal systems, and support internal teams with status reports and documentation requirements. Daily responsibilities also include responding to customer queries, providing shipment updates, and resolving documentation or logistics issues to support smooth trade operations.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in international trade with skills in Import Export, Import, and Export operations.
• Proficiency in Export Documentation, including preparing invoices, packing lists, LC documents, and other shipping paperwork.
