Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing front-office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries from students and parents. Daily responsibilities include maintaining student records, scheduling classes and appointments, assisting with exam and workshop registrations, and supporting faculty with administrative tasks.



The Administrative Assistant will also perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies. The role requires proactive coordination with the coaching and wellness teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for learners.
Qualifications

• Robust Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support office operations and leadership.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and team members.
