Role Description The General Manager Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, identifying strategic opportunities in security services and safety equipment, and expanding the company’s client portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.



The position involves leading contract negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The General Manager Business Development will also prepare performance reports, support pricing and proposal development, and contribute to long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications

• Solid new business development and sales skills, with a track record of generating and closing opportunities.
• Experience in business planning and business relationship management to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation, including reviewing terms, managing risks, and supporting mutually beneficial agreements.
• Exposure to security services, facilities management, or fire and life safety products is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
