Role Description The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying, qualifying, and converting current business opportunities for Conceptial Media’s digital services. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the specialist will conduct market research, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and actively engage prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.



Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, crafting tailored proposals, collaborating with marketing and delivery teams on pitches, and ensuring smooth handover from prospecting to account onboarding. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, nurturing long-term client relationships, and providing feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
