Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and digital outreach. The position involves presenting Rodez Web Technologies’ services,



preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions. The executive will manage the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining CRM records, tracking performance metrics, providing market feedback, and supporting the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
