Role Description The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mahbubabad,



with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing insurance agents, ensuring they are equipped to sell Star Health’s products effectively and ethically. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales through agency channels, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular training sessions, and providing coaching and support to agents to achieve business targets. The role also involves planning local market development activities, building solid relationships with customers, agents, and branch teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Agency Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies, enhance customer service standards, and contribute to overall branch growth.
