? Qualification: B.Tech / MBA

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and strengthen corporate relationships to generate internship and placement opportunities with leading companies and reputed brands.
• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives, off-campus interviews, and portfolio presentation rounds.
• Establish industry partnerships, facilitate MOUs, and coordinate industry collaborations and guest lectures.
• Coordinate mandatory student internships, ensuring timely completion, documentation, performance evaluations, and employer feedback.
• Drive placement targets with a focus on opportunities with leading brands and competitive salary packages.
• Build strong industry connections through effective pitching, negotiation, and corporate engagement.
Preferred Profile:



Candidates with experience in Corporate Relations, Industry Interface, Sales, or Training & Placement within higher education institutions. Experience in design, architecture, or creative media domains will be an added advantage.

? 2. Placement Coordinator ? Experience: 3–6 Years
? Qualification: BBA / B.Com

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain updated databases of employer leads, active recruiters, student placements, and internship records.
• Maintain placement-related data and documentation, including NIRF/NAAC records, placement analytics, and salary benchmarks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, Excel sheets, and placement dashboards for faculty and university leadership.
• Coordinate with departments, schools, academic teams, and administrative staff to ensure smooth placement operations.
• Support recruiter communication, campus placement drives, student coordination, and employer feedback collection.
