Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works on building repair,



rehabilitation, and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with structural audit findings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include site supervision, coordinating with contractors and society representatives, monitoring progress against plans and budgets, and reporting project status to the PMC team. The role involves reviewing drawings and technical documents, assisting in the preparation and execution of civil repair methodologies, and verifying quality of materials and workmanship. The Site Civil Engineer will also help resolve site issues, support cost and change control processes, and ensure that work is completed as per client requirements and regulatory norms.
Qualifications
