Hiring: Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong full-stack development expertise to lead development initiatives, drive technical excellence, and build scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using contemporary technologies.
• Oversee technical architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in development, deployment, and team collaboration.

Required Technical Skills:




• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Angular.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL database design and optimisation.
• Experience with Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and software development best practices.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Preferred: Experience in enterprise applications, ERP integrations, or manufacturing digital transformation projects.
