Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Staffing role based in Chennai. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role is responsible for maintaining candidate databases, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring proper documentation compliance. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide regular status updates, and help optimize recruitment workflows.



Daily tasks also include responding to candidate inquiries, assisting with HR reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of staffing practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong recruitment and staffing skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication and relationship management to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and support compliance requirements.
