Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Total Agility Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business process automation solutions using Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust workflow solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using Tungsten /Kofax Total Agility. Version 8., 2026.1 and above

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflows.

Integrate Total Agility with other enterprise systems and applications.

Integrate Total Agility with azure cloud services for AI based solution development.

Develop custom forms, business rules, and scripts to enhance workflow capabilities.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Total Agility solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Document solution designs, configurations, and processes.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business process automation and Kofax technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8-10 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in developing solutions with Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility.

Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts.

Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

Experience with web services, APIs, and system integrations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility certification.

Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
