• Minimum 20+ years of overall work experience
• Should have experience of managing P & L and delivery for global clients in Telecom domain to the extent of 100 mn $ and above
• Technically sophisticated and business savvy management qualified with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing widely diverse projects / programs within agreed cost and timelines.
• Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, Managing budgets, Resource management, leadership identification and grooming
• Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for recent and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions
• Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities
• Experience to onsite offshore models & multi vendor set up
• Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements.
