Role Description This is a full time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Indore, focused on telecom infrastructure projects, with a CTC of 25K per month. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for telecom towers and related civil structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing CAD drawings and models, and coordinating with civil and electrical teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans. The role involves site visits to assess existing structures, verify construction quality, and support resolution of technical issues. The engineer will also prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and field staff to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
