Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead a team of approximately 5 members, drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, client relationship, negotiation, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 5 business development and sales professionals.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
• Manage client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and business proposals.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and support team members in achieving their goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop recent accounts.
• Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
