Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Merchandise Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace integrations, product catalog management, and backend support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Shopify and marketplace integration platforms such as Rithum, Mirakl, Radial, Walmart Marketplace, StockX, and similar platforms. The candidate should be comfortable managing advanced product specification sheets, catalog uploads, product data, inventory synchronization, and troubleshooting backend issues across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Integrations & Channel Management
• Manage marketplace integrations through Shopify and platforms such as Rithum, Mirakl, Radial, Walmart Marketplace, StockX, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor product listings,



inventory synchronization, order flow, and data consistency across integrated marketplaces.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, integration failures, inventory mismatches, and other backend issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform support to resolve technical and operational issues.

2. Product Catalog & Listing Management
• Prepare, maintain, and update advanced product specification sheets and catalog data.
• Perform bulk catalog uploads, product onboarding, listing updates, and product attribute mapping.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of SKUs, style numbers, product descriptions, pricing, images, and other product attributes.
• Identify and correct listing errors, missing attributes, and data discrepancies.

3. Shopify & Backend Operations
• Manage product data and related backend operations through Shopify.
• Support marketplace connectivity, product feed management, and inventory up
