We are seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire current corporate clients, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and understanding client requirements to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for ATAOP’s IT services and solutions.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
- Engage business owners, IT heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop suitable solutions,



proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Lead client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and contract discussions through to closure.
- Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining appropriate pricing and profitability.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and service renewals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and regular pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with delivery and finance teams for smooth client onboarding and payment follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales, with relevant experience selling IT services or solutions to businesses.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring clients and closing deals against revenue targets.
