PCB Assembly Production Engineer job description:
• Manage daily PCB assembly operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SMT, through-hole, and manual soldering processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime in PCB assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in production.
• Monitor production yields and implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
• Maintain and update documentation for production processes and improvements.
• Train and guide assembly technicians to improve performance and technical skills.
• Support the introduction of recent products by developing assembly workflows.
