Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations, manage a recruitment team, and ensure timely closure of positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring expertise, team-handling skills, and a secure career history.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and business teams.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.




• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment MIS, and regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure quality hiring while maintaining recruitment efficiency and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience in team handling and recruitment operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good career stability with a consistent employment history is preferred.
