Role Description The AVP Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai,



focused on leading client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of complex events and experiential campaigns. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into strategic event and activation plans. Responsibilities include overseeing project scoping, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. The AVP will lead proposals and pitches, drive account growth, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of service quality and brand alignment. The role also includes mentoring client servicing teams, resolving escalations, and contributing to business development initiatives across India and international markets.
