Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Pune District. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments, including rooftop and EPC projects. The role involves generating and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The individual will manage and grow assigned accounts, maintain long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, tracking competitors, maintaining sales reports and CRM data, and supporting marketing activities and campaigns to drive business growth.
