About the Role
GrowthEd is looking for a well-connected Senior Sales Development Representative to develop school partnerships and drive institutional sales across key markets. This is a senior, relationship-driven, field-intensive role requiring continuous travel across the assigned territory.
The role requires an established professional with strong relationships in the K-12 education industry, particularly with school owners, trustees, principals, directors, and senior management. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified school opportunities, scheduling meetings for product demonstration, managing post-demo follow-ups, negotiating commercials, and taking ownership of closures.

• Generate qualified school opportunities and schedule product demonstration meetings.
• Lead follow-up discussions after Business Development Representative (BDR)-led product demonstrations, and coordinate with the BDR to ensure smooth handover of school requirements, priorities, and meeting context.
• Participate in significant school meetings, presentations, and discussions, and understand school feedback, objections, decision-making processes, and purchase timelines.
• Own price discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation with schools.
• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and meeting coordination to closure and onboarding handover.
