Job Requirements

Work on projects scheduled with the client on a daily basis.

Maintain quality documentation and knowledge articles for OpenText Email Management and Content Server.

Assist with break/fix issues as they are escalated from Operations.

Provide consulting and best practices for OpenText Email Management and Content Server to customers.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients daily to execute tasks related to OpenText Email Management and Content Server.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including best practices and knowledge articles.

Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve break/fix issues escalated from Operations, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to reduce downtime.

Required Skills

Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion

OpenText Content Server Experience (certification Preferred)

Critical Thinking / Problem Solving skillset

Proven experience in OpenText Email Management and Content Server.





Strong knowledge of document management systems and email archiving solutions.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to create and maintain high-quality documentation.

Knowledge of IT best practices and processes, including security and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have Skills

OpenText Email Management, Archive Center, and Directory Services experience

Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, SQL, HTML)

Knowledge of infrastructure and server architecture supporting OpenText platforms.

Understanding of life cycle management (LCM) updates and technical impact analysis.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation processes.

Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
