The role is based in the firm's New Delhi office, full-time and in office. The firm advises businesses, investors, institutions and individuals across corporate, commercial and disputes work. The roleThis is a senior corporate role for a lawyer who can take a mandate from first call to closing, with the judgment to know what the client really needs. You'll work with a high degree of independence across commercial, transactional and general corporate work.

What you'll do• Run corporate and commercial mandates independently,



from first instructions through to closing
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and transaction documents
• Work on M&A;, joint ventures, private equity and other corporate transactions, covering structuring, due diligence, documentation and closing
• Advise clients on corporate, governance and regulatory matters
• Lead negotiations with counterparties and their counsel
• Act as the client's main point of contact, managing expectations, timelines and deliverables
• Guide junior team members on drafting and diligence

What we're looking for• 4–6 years of corporate experience. Prior experience at a law firm is essential.
