SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – INSIDE SALES

Role: 100% Business Development & Inside Sales

Reporting To: Director – HR & Business Partnering

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior BDE who can independently build and manage an international B2B sales pipeline.

The role will focus on identifying prospects, connecting with decision-makers, generating meetings and converting opportunities into business.

We believe in numbers and outcomes — not theories.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target companies, industries and international markets.
• Identify decision-makers and build prospect lists.
• Conduct outbound calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant Quadrantech services.
• Manage the complete funnel: Research → Outreach → Meeting → Prospect → Conversion.




• Follow up consistently and move opportunities towards closure.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales MIS and activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet defined activity, meeting, pipeline and business targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Business Development.
• Experience in IT Services or BPO preferred.
• International sales experience, preferably US / Canada / Europe / Middle East.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and CXOs.
• Strong target and numbers orientation.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM/MIS and MS Excel.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant qualification preferred.
