Role Description The Human Resources Executive at LogAI is a full time, remote role responsible for both hiring and day-to-day people operations in a growing, distributed team. On the hiring side,
the role sources and screens candidates, manages job postings and applicant pipelines on LinkedIn, coordinates interviews, and keeps candidates informed at every stage. Once people join, the role owns the employee lifecycle using LogAI's own HR module: onboarding and joining formalities, employee records and HR documentation, attendance and leave management, and monthly payroll processing and coordination, including collecting attendance and leave inputs, preparing payroll data, and working with the finance team to make sure salaries are processed accurately and on time. The role also maintains HR policies and templates such as offer letters and experience letters, supports exit formalities, and runs virtual engagement activities that keep a remote team connected.
