Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Indore. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, and explain the financial and environmental advantages of solar solutions. Daily activities include managing leads, following up with prospects, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves collaborating with technical and installation teams to ensure accurate solutions and a seamless customer experience, as well as maintaining CRM records and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive will also participate in local marketing events, gather market intelligence, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening, presentation abilities, and persuasive negotiation.
• Basic understanding of solar energy concepts or a willingness to learn quickly about renewable energy products and services.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage field visits, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
