About the RoleWe are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition across multiple consumer products.
You will work closely with the founders, creative and product teams to build and scale profitable user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for the complete performance marketing funnel — from strategy and campaign execution to creative testing, optimisation, attribution, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities• Own and scale paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Plan and execute campaigns across the complete funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
• Manage large advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROAS, CAC, CPI/CPA, and LTV targets.
• Continuously test and optimise audiences, creatives, campaigns, bidding strategies, placements, and funnels.




• Work closely with the creative team to develop a high-volume creative testing and iteration engine.
• Analyse campaign and cohort-level data to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks.
• Own attribution, tracking, pixels, events, MMPs, dashboards, and campaign measurement.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify current growth opportunities.
• Build performance forecasts and budget allocation plans across products and channels.
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve conversion, onboarding, and monetisation funnels.
• Stay updated with changes in ad platforms, algorithms, targeting capabilities, and emerging acquisition channels.
• Build scalable processes for campaign management, reporting, experimentation, and growth.
