Role Description :This full-time, on-site Account Executive role is based in Jaipur and focuses on driving adoption of MediCash’s healthcare financing solutions across partner hospitals and clinics.



The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of provider relationships, conduct regular on-site meetings, and ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for hospital administrators and front-desk teams. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, presenting product capabilities, negotiating agreements within defined guidelines, and tracking performance metrics to meet individual and team targets. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations, product, and customer success teams to resolve partner issues, optimize workflows, and improve patient financing conversion rates. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports and presentations, and representing MediCash professionally at local industry events and partner engagements.
