Role Description The Software Engineering Manager at PYAAS will lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the PYAAS app, backend services, and supporting platforms. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida,



with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software design and development, managing distributed systems powering traceability and logistics, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable releases. The role involves guiding engineers through planning and execution, coordinating with product and operations teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions. The Software Engineering Manager will also mentor team members, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and system architecture.
