Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Kalinga Hotels in Jodhpur. This role oversees day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. The Operations Manager monitors service quality, handles guest feedback and escalations, and ensures consistent adherence to brand standards and hospitality best practices.



Responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, supporting recruitment and training, managing budgets and cost controls, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The role also involves maintaining safety and compliance, optimizing occupancy and revenue in alignment with management, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
