Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Pune Division.



The specialist will identify and engage prospective industrial customers, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term relationships with OEMs, fabricators, and distributors. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating order follow-ups, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, creating basic sales collateral, participating in client meetings and reviews, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The specialist will track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and market visibility.
