Through documentaries, interviews, publications, workshops and conversations, we bring people and ideas together to encourage curiosity, learning and deeper understanding.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, organising work and helping ideas become real projects. You’ll work closely with the founding team to turn our dreams and ideas into workable plans, coordinate with the people involved and keep projects moving. Building relationships is central to this role—approaching guests and collaborators, explaining our work, understanding their interests and maintaining explicit, thoughtful communication.
You’ll help organise events, production,



schedules and travel across our projects. We value your ability to communicate, plan and take responsibility.

Salary and Compensation.

Up to ₹4.6 LPA, with quarterly performance reviews and eligibility for increments of up to 2% per quarter, based on contribution and growth in responsibilities. Approved work travel and project expenses are covered separately.

What you’ll be doing

• Build relationships: Research and reach out to potential guests, collaborators, venues and organisations. Represent Disblur in conversations, build rapport and follow up towards agreed next steps.
• Plan projects: Break ideas into tasks, timelines and practical requirements. Keep track of responsibilities, progress and decisions that need attention.
• Coordinate production and activities: Help organise interviews, documentary shoots, workshops and events, including locations, freelancers, equipment and permissions.
