Role Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing Cherrapunji Gin's on-trade community across the market. This is not primarily a sales role. The core responsibility is to ensure that every existing Cherrapunji Gin outlet is well serviced, commercially healthy and strongly connected to the brand.



The person will build deep relationships with bartenders, bar managers, beverage heads, F&B; teams and hospitality partners, while creating advocacy through training, tastings, events, bar takeovers and other community-led initiatives. The role will also have a commercial responsibility — ensuring outlets are ordering regularly, volumes are growing, stock is available and distributors are servicing accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Existing Outlet Servicing & Relationship Management
● Own regular servicing of all existing Cherrapunji Gin on-trade accounts across their
city & state.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with bartenders, bar managers, beverage
managers, F&B; heads and outlet owners.
● Ensure every listed outlet receives consistent attention, communication and brand
support.● Understand each outlet's business, cocktail programme, consumer profile and
