Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). This role involves welcoming guests, managing front-desk reception activities, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include checking in guests, answering inquiries about services and appointments,



coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and guiding guests through the screening process. The Guest Relation Executive also supports basic sales and service promotion by explaining packages, assisting with bookings, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires consistent follow-up, handling feedback and concerns, and upholding NURA’s standards of courtesy, confidentiality, and service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong guest relations and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain services and processes to guests.
• Experience in receptionist duties, such as front-desk operations, scheduling, and managing visitor flow.
• Basic sales skills, with the ability to present service options and assist guests in choosing appropriate health screening packages.
