Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across diverse tech and non-tech verticals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain real-time ATS updates to ensure seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions for market competitiveness.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume review, culture-fit alignment, and salary negotiation support.
• Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach, nurture pipelines, and track hiring metrics.




• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by crafting engaging job posts and social media content for recruitment campaigns.
