Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a New Product Development & Packaging Executive – Ayurveda/FMCG. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, formulate, and develop new Ayurvedic and FMCG products aligned with market needs and brand strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating R&D; activities, supporting product trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The executive will develop and optimize packaging concepts, materials, and designs that are functional, cost-effective, and consistent with brand guidelines. Additional tasks include conducting market and competitor analyses, preparing product documentation, liaising with vendors and packaging suppliers, monitoring project timelines, and supporting product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
