Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, sales, and internship positions.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and manage follow-ups.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance,



leave management, and exit formalities.
• Implement HR policies, workplace rules, and employee discipline procedures.
• Maintain employee records and support applicable labour law and statutory compliance.
• Listen to employee concerns, resolve workplace issues professionally, and maintain confidentiality.
• Support employee motivation, performance reviews, team engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate with management on hiring plans, performance concerns, and HR operations.
• Ensure employees understand company expectations, policies, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employee documentation, labour laws, and compliance.
• Strong communication, listening, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand digital marketing roles and identify suitable candidates.
