Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth Manager role based in Bengaluru, focused on driving B2C growth in the real estate segment.



The Growth Manager will oversee and execute customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing growth metrics, identifying high-impact opportunities, optimizing conversion funnels, and leading initiatives to improve customer experience and lifetime value. The role involves designing and running experiments, managing cross-functional growth projects, and building scalable processes for lead generation and nurturing. The Growth Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine growth plans and support overall business targets.
