We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales & Business Development Executive to support our business expansion, build strong customer relationships and drive customer acquisition across Bengaluru.

Role Description The Field Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new commercial clients, including businesses, tenants, and property owners, within the Greater Bengaluru Area. This full time, on-site role involves conducting face-to-face meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting Nivaaza’s value proposition to prospects and existing accounts. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals to drive platform adoption and revenue growth. The executive will maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts,



address client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience. Regular field visits, market research, and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience in identifying and converting prospective clients.
• Solid account management and business relationship-building skills to retain and grow existing customers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain fintech solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven field sales or business development experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, payments, or commercial real estate domains.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role within the Greater Bengaluru Area, with frequent local travel.
