About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accounting & Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience supporting US-based accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QuickBooks, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, payroll-related accounting, and accounting schedules. The role will work closely with the US finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & General Ledger

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and post journal entries for payroll accruals, commissions, bonuses, insurance, workers' compensation, interest, management fees, and other operating expenses.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger records and supporting schedules.
• Record bad debt provisions, receivable adjustments,



reclassifications, and other accounting entries.

Reconciliations & Month-End Close

• Perform bank, line-of-credit, prepaid, accrued expense, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review and account for fixed assets, lease/ROU assets, prepaid expenses, and amortization.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure transactions are recorded accurately within timelines.
• Maintain supporting schedules for payroll, commissions, bonuses, fixed assets, accruals, and other balance-sheet accounts.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and update P&L; reports, detailed financial reports, and management trend reports.
• Support Accounts Receivable reporting and related reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts and assist with monthly forecast updates.
• Assist in preparing financial information and schedules required by management and banks.
