• Role Description Identify and approach IT companies for current and upcoming job openings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and recruitment teams.




• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate suitable candidate profiles.
• Source and match suitable candidates from our student/candidate database.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections, offers and joining formalities.
• Work with IT companies to establish MOU and recruitment partnerships.
• Identify suitable IT clients and create placement opportunities for our students.
• Coordinate student placements and recruitment drives with client companies.
• Maintain proper records of clients, job openings, candidates, interviews and placements.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment and placement reports.
• Handle internal HR, recruitment and day-to-day operational activities.
• Follow up regularly with clients and candidates until successful placement/joining.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to align HR practices to business objectives.
