The Role
You will own our compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, 17024, 17025 and 17020, and keep the organisation ready for accreditation assessments at all times. You will also strengthen our compliance with data protection and other regulations in the regions where we work.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the management system, policies and procedures required by these standards.
• Safeguard impartiality and manage conflict-of-interest controls.




• Run internal audits and management reviews, and see corrective actions (CAPA) through to closure.
• Lead preparation for accreditation body assessments and witness audits.
• Track regulatory changes such as the DPDP Act, NDPA, POPIA and EU AI Act, and assess how they affect our processes.
• Prepare compliance reports for leadership and run staff training.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1, 17024, 17025 and 17020.
• Experience in compliance, risk assessment and internal audit within ISO-based systems.
• Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, 42001 and data protection laws.
• Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Preferred: Lead Auditor certification and experience at a certification body, laboratory or inspection body.
