About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support professional to join a client-facing team working with global beauty and consumer brands.

You will support Customer Success Managers and Associates in managing creator communities, reviewing content, handling queries and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end operations of creator advocacy programmes, with potential growth opportunities into a Customer Success Associate role.

Key Responsibilities

? Recruit, screen and verify creators based on brand briefs using internal platforms and social media.

? Review creator applications and ensure all queues are managed efficiently.

? Review creator content against brand guidelines, ASA, FTC regulations and client requirements.

? Provide clear feedback to creators and ensure content meets quality standards.





? Respond to creator and community queries through communication tools while maintaining a professional, on-brand tone.

? Support brand setup and upload creator profiles and content into internal tools for performance tracking.

? Assist with workflow creation, email campaigns and data collection for client reporting as required.

? Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency, quality and timely completion of tasks.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of experience in administration, community support or operations.

✅ Strong written English and excellent communication skills.

✅ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume tasks.

✅ Familiarity with creators, social media or the beauty industry is an advantage.

✅ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.

✅ Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
