Role Description

YOJAK (Youth Organization for Joining Action & Knowledge) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) working towards social development through initiatives in livelihood, education, women’s empowerment,



and community development. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter who can support YOJAK’s mission by identifying, attracting, and hiring passionate and qualified individuals committed to creating a positive social impact.

This is a full time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across YOJAK’s programs, including field staff, teachers, trainers, program coordinators, project managers, and administrative and support teams.

The ideal candidate should understand the unique hiring requirements of the NGO and development sector, with the ability to identify candidates who possess the necessary skills, a commitment to community development, and an understanding of the needs of underserved and rural communities.
